🕒 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

All tags must be attached

You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

If accepted, we’ll send you:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your package
⚠️ Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

Place a new order once the return is accepted
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days — no reason needed.
Conditions remain the same:

Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase required
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
⏳ Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
